Sahithya Vemana is a core member of Boston Consulting Group’s Technology & Digital Advantage and Financial Institutions practices. She works with financial services CXOs on digital capability build, operations excellence, and organizational transformation. Sahi is a passionate supporter of diversity and inclusion and is active in Women@BCG and the DigitalBCG talent development program.

Since joining the firm in 2012, Sahi has worked extensively with banking, asset management, and other financial services clients in London, Europe, Africa, and India, on topics including technology strategy, technology operating model, and technology-led large-scale transformations.

She is at the forefront of shaping BCG perspectives on banking IT transformations, enterprise agile, and digital challenger banks. Prior to joining BCG, Sahi worked as trading intern for oil products at Standard Chartered Bank and research analyst for a mid-sized private equity firm in India.
