Sandro is a core member of the Consumer and Financial Institutions practice areas at Boston Consulting Group, and leads the firm’s Consumer practice in Spanish-speaking South America. He is also responsible for talent recruiting in this region.

Sandro joined Boston Consulting Group in Frankfurt in 2004. He subsequently moved to the firm’s Washington, DC office in 2010 and to the Bogotá, Colombia office in 2013.

His recent work is focused on unlocking growth and driving digital transformation for leading companies in Latin America, covering strategy definition, marketing, sales, pricing, organization, and efficiency topics.

Sandro speaks six languages, including fluency in English, Spanish, and German.

Before joining the firm, Sandro was a sales representative at German LBBW Bank in its Brazilian corporate banking operations, as well as a consultant at International Finance Corporation in Washington, DC, contributing to the institution's Access to Finance Advisory work.
