Sanjeev Reddy is a core member of Boston Consulting Group's Operations, and Marketing, Sales & Pricing practices, as well as a member of BCG X, BCG's tech build and design unit. His focus is steering transformative strategies within the consumer sector by leveraging generative AI and engineering management for B2C & B2B industries, including for retail, entertainment, and gaming clients.
Sanjeev's engagements have included building agentic workflows, platforms, and applications; developing experimentation and personalization, NBA platforms, store operations execution tools; creating an agentic sourcing and COGS transformation platform; and leading and developing an agentic platform built for BCG globally.
Before joining the firm in 2017, Sanjeev was a Senior Data Engineer with Aetna and Assistant Manager Business Intelligence & Software Engineer at EXL.
