Sara Baskir-Onur

Sara Baskir-Onur is a Senior Analyst at the Boston Consulting Group based in Duesseldorf, Germany. She is a member of the World Class Technology Function team, focusing on GenAI, Quantum Computing, Robotics, Internet of Things alongside Emerging and New Technologies. She is currently pursuing her PhD on AI and Quantum Computing research at the Heinrich Heine University in Duesseldorf.

Sara has an international experience in the following industries: Retail, Law (Intellectual Property), Consulting; and following countries: Canada, Germany, United States, and Turkey.

She holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Heinrich Heine University. After her studies at Heinrich Heine University, she continued her career at IBM iX Germany as a Digital Business Consultant. She joined BCG in November 2025.
