Sean Biddick

Sean Biddick joined Boston Consulting Group's Chicago office in 2011, spent 2014 and 2015 in Vienna as part of the BCG Ambassador Program, and transferred to Boston in 2016. He is a core member of the Consumer and People & Organization practices with a focus on retail and distribution. He is the global lead for retail and distribution in the People & Organization practice, as well as the career services lead and career coach for the Boston office.

Sean works across retail and distribution formats including specialty, DIY/building materials, grocery/food, MRO (maintenance, repair, operations), and mass market on a variety of strategy, people, and commercial topics, including operating model redesign, organization effectiveness, and corporate strategy. He publishes extensively on the future of merchandizing.

Prior to joining BCG, Sean worked for General Electric in a variety of corporate finance roles, including the appliance, lighting, and security divisions.
