Seokhyung Lee is a core member of Boston Consulting Group’s Consumer practice specializing in retail. He also has expertise in corporate transformation, profitability improvement, and post-merger integration (PMI).
Since joining BCG in 2014, Seokhyung has supported leading Korean and multinational clients in the food, health supplements, alcoholic beverages, home goods, and home appliance industries. He has led projects on growth strategy, new business development, and operational turnaround, and has advised digital platforms and e-commerce companies on organization redesign and strategic integration.
Prior to joining BCG, he worked at Accenture, focusing on strategy and operations projects across the consumer goods and high-tech sectors.
