Seunghun Yoo is a leader in Boston Consulting Group’s Industrial Goods practice and leads the firm's automotive and mobility and automotive components work in Korea. He specializes in the global automotive and battery industries, and has expertise in mid- to long-term and new business strategy, M&A, and operational excellence.
Since joining BCG, Seunghun has led strategy and transformation projects across the automotive and battery value chains, including developing software-defined vehicle transition strategies, designing strategic roadmaps for global electronic precision technology (ept) suppliers, and building advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) market entry strategies. Seunghun has supported top battery cell and materials companies on profitability improvement, raw material investment, and market entry, as well as advising global shipbuilders and conglomerates on turnaround, diversification, and LNG value chain strategies.
Before coming to BCG, Seunghun was a Partner and Head of Automotive at Roland Berger.
