Sharon Hubmann Skinner joined Boston Consulting Group in 2013. She is a core member of the Financial Institutions practice and has worked with clients across the banking industry in the UK, the US, and Europe. Most of Sharon’s work is with UK financial services firms, particularly retail banking, payments, and asset management, but she also has experience working with investment banks. 

In her recent engagements, Sharon has helped develop a growth strategy for the non-cards payments arm of global card scheme and the growth strategy for the UK-focused lending business of a major bank. She has also worked on revenue synergies and go-to-market and customer segmentation strategies. 

Prior to joining BCG, Sharon worked in investment banking as part of the UK team of Deutsche Bank, covering FTSE 100 clients across the financial, media, and consumer sectors. Her work was focused on IPO and M&A transactions.
