Sharon Ng is a knowledge expert and team manager with Boston Consulting Group's ValueScience Center® ("VSC") in Singapore, focusing on shareholder value strategy, shareholder activism, company valuation, ESG, and other corporate finance analyses.

The shareholder advisory team leverages proprietary ValueScience® analyses and insights to help clients enhance shareholder value creation by identifying key levers at the intersection of business strategy, financial policy, and investor strategy.

Sharon has conducted TSR analyses for over 100 cases/proposals at BCG, in many industries and countries, and served as a knowledge partner for consulting teams in deriving insights from the analysis results. She has experience in both historical and forward TSR analyses, VSC's proprietary SmartMultiple® analysis technique, company valuation (including DCF, multiples analysis, and merger modeling), and financial benchmarking and other modeling analysis.

Prior to joining BCG, Sharon was with KPMG Singapore's Deal Advisory/M&A team, where she worked on sell-side advisory deals for clients in Singapore, Indonesia, and Myanmar.
