Shikar Manichand is the lead for financial services for BCG Platinion, a part of Boston Consulting Group's Tech & Digital Advantage practice. He specializes in enterprise and solution architecture for large-scale financial transformations in financial services, insurance, and health care. He has experience across core banking modernization, payments strategy, and data-driven cloud transformations and migrations, as well as helping financial institutions evolve their technology foundations to enable AI-led and agentic banking models.
In addition, he has experience in IT landscape reviews, development of target operating models, and digital strategy formulation for clients in Europe, Asia Pacific, and Africa. Shikar is committed to delivering quality, while shaping go-to-market strategy.
Prior to joining BCG, Shikar was at Amazon Web Services (AWS) and was a migration consultant lead in South Africa professional services division.
