Shiva Kant is a core member of the Energy practice at Boston Consulting Group. She focuses on upstream oil and gas, and has energy industry experience, having previously worked for Schlumberger and Shell across Asia and Europe. Shiva works with clients on transformation (organization, cost, agile ways of working), production, operations, capital projects development, and overall asset optimization.

She has worked with upstream oil and gas companies across continents, and across NOCs and IOCs.

Shiva has worked with oil and gas and utilities companies on zero-based workflow design, production loss management diagnostics, strategic investment, digital strategy, accelerated capability development, and other programs. She is office lead for senior hire integration, and recruiter for MBA and lateral hires, and a member of the BCG Choir.

Shiva has completed a Chartered Institute of Management Accounting (CIMA) qualification.
