Sigal Zarmi is a Senior Advisor and Executive Coach at Boston Consulting Group. She has coached emerging and senior leaders in technology and financial services throughout her 30-plus-year career. As a board member, she coaches startup CEOs to help them grow and scale their companies, and navigate career progression and advancement. She frequently coaches managers through difficult situations like restructuring, digital transformation, new roles, and personal issues.

In addition to BCG, Sigal is currently serving as a non-executive board member at ADT Inc., Hashicorp, GoDaddy, Global Atlantic, and BigID.

Sigal is a former Head of Transformation and International CIO at Morgan Stanley. Prior to Morgan Stanley, she was a Vice Chairman, Global and US CIO for PwC, and before that, she was the CIO for GE Capital, Americas. In her roles, Sigal managed diverse global technology footprint and large technology operations, optimized organizations and functions, and led large scale digital transformations. She is a trusted advisor to multiple technology and cyber companies, startups, and VCs. She is passionate advocate for women in technology, providing mentorship to aspiring entrepreneurs and technologists, among other community commitments.
