Simon Treis leads Inverto, a Boston Consulting Group company and a leading global consultancy specializing in strategic procurement and supply chain management, in Switzerland. He is responsible for building and growing the Zürich team to support businesses in achieving real impact through procurement and supply chain transformation.
During his more than 17 years of strategy consulting experience, Simon has advised global clients and investment funds across a range of industries, especially in procurement, manufacturing strategy, and performance improvement. He helps clients succeed by combining strategic vision with hands-on implementation to deliver tangible business outcomes.
Specifically, Simon has worked with clients on procurement transformation and savings delivery, value creation in operations and supply chain, supply chain resilience and risk management, manufacturing strategy, and operational excellence.
He previously led the Swiss business at Strategy&, where he tackled complex challenges such as securing supply chains post-COVID.
