Stefano Castoldi joined Boston Consulting Group in 2016. He is a member of the Climate & Sustainability practice at the firm, focusing on the circular economy; and of Energy practice, focusing on chemicals. Stefano has worked with clients on climate and sustainability; environmental, social, and governance (ESG); decarbonization; growth strategy; transformation; M&A; and business turnaround.

He has been a part of more than 50 engagements with Europe, Middle East, and global Fortune 500 companies, mainly in the energy and industrial goods industries. He is currently the lead for the circular economy for the Middle East region.

Before joining the firm, Stefano worked in the oil and gas industry in South America and Europe, in both technical and commercial roles.
