Stefano Todescan joined Boston Consulting Group in 2007. He is an active member of BCG’s Consumer and Marketing & Sales practices in Italy and greater Europe. 

Stefano has led several strategic and operational cases focusing on fashion, durables and appliances, packaged goods, and retail. 

Active in the firm’s work in fashion and luxury, Stefano is the global leader for markdowns and pricing optimization through advanced analytics, and leads BCG’s global dedicated Competence Center from Milan. 

Within the Consumer practice, Stefano has deep experience in business planning, go-to-market strategy, post-merger integration, supply chain management, and organization design.
