Stephen Edison is the global leader of Boston Consulting Group’s Technology & Digital Advantage practice as it relates to technology, media, and telecommunications clients. He is also the North American leader for customer experience across industries.

Stephen has considerable experience in digital and CX transformation, helping clients create value through digital investments. He supports clients as they define their digital agenda based on customer journey insights, design their future-state tech stack, implement digital solutions in cross-functional agile teams, and optimize results in-market.

Stephen has experience in B2B and B2C e-commerce, sales tools, customer experience optimization, churn management, omnichannel, and AI. He supports private equity due diligence efforts in the IT staffing and software space using knowledge gathered from his work as a development practitioner.

Stephen supports clients across a range of industries, particularly technology and telecommunications and SMB/B2B organizations.

Prior to joining BCG, Stephen was a VP and quant in the Alternative Investments Group at Merrill Lynch, responsible for designing hedge-fund-based financial products.
