Sudhanshu Chawla

Sudhanshu Chawla is a technology expert at Boston Consulting Group. He is core member of Boston Consulting Group’s Technology, Media & Telecommunications practice, and currently serves as the India lead for BCG’s data center business across Europe, the US, and Southeast Asia. He works with ecosystem partners across the value chain on data center strategy, go-to-market, and end-to-end build-out programs, including greenfield development, capacity expansion, AI-ready infrastructure, and sustainable design. His work focuses on helping clients align AI, cloud, and digital infrastructure demand with long-term growth and execution realities.

In addition, he is part of the firm's leadership team for global tech and IT services firms across India, the US, Canada, and Europe. He has worked with clients on topics including growth strategy, market entry, margin improvement, and large-scale transformation. A key theme of his work is translating AI, next-generation technologies, and digital capabilities into practical, scalable business outcomes.

Before joining BCG, Sudhanshu worked at D. E Shaw & Co., a leading hedge fund.
