Tadamitsu Nishida leads Boston Consulting Group's transformation practice (BCG Transform) in Japan. He is also a core member of the firm's Industrial Goods practice, and has strong expertise in managing complex, large-scale programs.
Tadamitsu works primarily with companies in the manufacturing industry—including automotive OEMs, automotive parts, chemicals, materials, and electronic components manufacturers—on enterprise-wide transformations, structural reforms addressing business and organizational aspects, B2B pricing, and growth strategy development.
Prior to joining BCG, Tadamitsu worked at the Japanese government's Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (MEXT).
