Taehee Ahn is a core member of Boston Consulting Group’s Consumer practice. He leads the firm's work in sales strategy for the Seoul office, with a focus on home shopping, e-commerce, convenience stores, duty-free, and health and beauty retail formats.
Since joining BCG, Taehee has advised leading consumer goods companies, retailers, and digital commerce platforms across Asia. His work focuses on go-to-market strategy, digital marketing, and omnichannel sales acceleration, post-merger integration, and marketing execution. He helps clients build competitive commercial capabilities and deliver measurable business impact in fast-evolving retail environments.
