Takuya Matsumoto joined Boston Consulting Group in 2015. He is a core member of the firm’s Insurance, Marketing, Sales & Pricing, Tech and Digital Advantage, and Financial Institutions practices.

Takuya has primarily worked with clients in the insurance industry. He has extensive experience in mid- to long-term strategy formulation, company-wide reform planning and implementation support, business operation model development, organizational reform, and business transformation utilizing digital technology and generative AI.

Prior to joining BCG, Takuya worked at Hakuhodo Inc.
