Thilo Zelt is a member of Boston Consulting Group’s Public Sector practice and part of the German leadership team. He specializes in strategy assignments as well digitization and transformation. He is an expert on digital strategies for government agencies and cities (Smart Cities), artificial intelligence, reorganization and process optimization, change management, program management, and communication strategies. 

Thilo has led a large number of client engagements for the German and other national and multinational governments in a variety of departments such as internal affairs, economic affairs, defense and security, health care, energy, infrastructure, and digital. He has also conducted several reorganization and digital transformation projects with major public agencies. 

Prior to joining BCG, Thilo worked as a Partner at Roland Berger for six years, and as a consultant and entrepreneur for ten years.
