Thomas Vikenes co-leads Boston Consulting Group's Principal Investors & Private Equity (PIPE) practice for Oslo. Thomas supports investors during the entire ownership lifecycle, from setting the investment strategy to sourcing and transaction support (commercial/tech/ESG DDs) to helping companies reach their full potential during ownership, as well as exit preparations.

He has extensive experience with transaction work across industries, in particular infrastructure, waste and circularity, and aquaculture. Thomas supports companies, both public and private equity owned, as they reshape their strategy and transform to reach their full potential. Since joining BCG, he has led international teams in the Nordics, Europe, US, the Middle East, and Asia.

In addition, Thomas is an angel/VC investor focusing on funds and companies that contribute to technology advancement or green transition. Before joining the firm, he was an accountant at DOF Subsea, and before that, a member of the International Military Police for NATO.
