Tim Rodgers joined Boston Consulting Group’s Dallas office in 2012 and is now based in the Denver office. As a core member of the Tech & Digital Advantage practice, he co-leads the firm's digital and AI transformation subject for North America. He has expertise in digital and AI transformation, advanced analytics strategy, and digital organization and operating model design.

Tim’s focus is on helping clients shape strategies and priorities that align with and strengthen their competitive advantage, and then embedding those strategies in business processes, often through AI-powered use cases. He works with clients in the retail industry, including grocery, consumer packaged goods, convenience stores, and restaurants.
