Todd Bishop is a core member of Boston Consulting Group's Consumer practice, and a member of the North America retail leadership team. He leads the firm's work in category performance improvement, and is the global lead for vendor relationship management and category performance improvement in fashion/luxury.
Todd specializes in working with his retail clients on their most challenging merchandising and operations opportunities.He has deep experience working with his clients on both growth and cost savings efforts, including customer-centric growth strategies and merchandising excellence, saving his clients hundreds of millions of dollars annually.
He has worked with clients in a broad range of retail industries and categories, including food, hardlines, softlines, seasonal, and fashion, on private label brand development, strategic supplier sourcing decisions, and a many other topics.
Before joining BCG in 2010, Todd spent time as an operations manager at Amazon.com.
