Todd Bishop joined Boston Consulting Group in 2010. He is a core member of the Consumer practice area, specializing in retail, as well as a core member of the Marketing, Sales & Pricing, and Operations practice areas. He specializes in merchandising operations, category management, retail strategy, enablement and change management, and end-to-end supply chain optimization.

Todd has worked in a wide range of retail and consumer channels in the US and UK, including convenience stores, grocery, discount/dollar stores, and DIY, as well as a variety of FMCG companies across industries. He works with executive leadership teams to drive growth strategies, improve profitability, and develop a customer-centric focus for future growth.

Todd has extensive experience across many areas (merchandising and assortment management, pricing and promotions, freight and distribution, global supply chain, private label strategy, forecasting and ordering, and supplier relationship management), with a focus on developing internal business unit/functional capabilities to effect lasting change and improvement.

Before joining BCG, Todd spent time as an operations manager at Amazon.com.
