Tomi Eisenberg joined BCG BrightHouse, Boston Consulting Group's global creative consultancy, in October 2025. She has more than ten years of experience implementing complex transformation programs, with a focus on organization design and people- and HR-related topics.
Before joining BrightHouse, Tomi worked for nine years at McKinsey & Company in Milan, for two years at Accenture in Rome, and for two years at the Renoir Group in Southeast Asia.
