Tomoya Maegawa joined Boston Consulting Group in 2015. He is a core member of BCG’s Health Care and Marketing, Sales & Pricing practices.

Tomoya has worked with clients in pharmaceutical and medtech industries on salesforce reform, sales organization design, marketing strategy, new drug launch strategy, turnaround of underperforming businesses, R&D strategy, mid-term corporate planning, and supply chain management reform.

Prior to joining BCG, Tomoya worked at Monitor Group, currently Monitor Deloitte, and at Booz & Company, currently Strategy&.
