Travis Dezendorf is a core member of Boston Consulting Group's Consumer practice and the B2B Distribution team. He also leads Sustainability for retail in North America.
Travis has worked with clients on topics including category profitability improvement, private label strategy and assortment design, sourcing, sustainability, and pricing. He has expertise across a variety of industry verticals, including food service, grocery, beauty, office supplies, and jan-san.
Since joining BCG in 2015, Travis has led several large transformations in retail and B2B distribution, and has supported multiple due diligence engagements for BCG's private equity clients as well. He has particular expertise in merchandising with a focus on food. He also helps retailers and distributors take action to have a positive impact on the planet and their communities in ways that grow their business.
Before joining BCG, Travis worked in financial services, at a math education tech startup, and ran a sport-for-development program in Uganda.
