Tsubasa Nochi joined Boston Consulting Group in 2024. He is a core member of the firm's Corporate Finance & Strategy, Health Care, and Insurance practices.
Tsubasa has extensive experience supporting clients across a wide range of industries end-to-end, from growth strategy formulation to pre-M&A, due diligence, business alliance negotiations, and PMI. He has eight years of experience working in ASEAN and has supported numerous M&A transactions between companies in Southeast Asia. More recently, he has focused on PMI support centered on growth strategy planning—including standalone improvements—alongside global M&A, business portfolio strategy, and carve-outs.
Prior to joining BCG, Tsubasa worked at Accenture in Singapore.
