Victor Corzo is a core member of Boston Consulting Group’s Health Care and Principal Investors & Private Equity (PIPE) practices. He leads the PIPE practice for the Nordic region, as well as leading health care investing for PIPE in Europe. His focus is medtech and pharma services. Victor works mainly with private equity and health care firms on health care investments, divestments, and operational improvements. His core areas of expertise include chronic patient, implants across the value chain (including CMO, R&D, and commercial), capital equipment medtech, clinical technology (software and services), and health care supporting digital infrastructure (including telehealth, patient engagement, imaging, and electronic medical records). His functional expertise includes growth strategy, innovation, international expansion, digital infrastructure development, pricing, and M&A.

Prior to joining BCG, Victor spent time at UNICEF HQ in the Division of Policy and Planning. He continues to have a strong interest in global health and development.
