Victoria Good is a core member of the Operations practice, with a focus on manufacturing and supply chain. She works mostly with health care clients (pharmaceuticals and medical devices and technology), and consumer companies.

In her recent client engagements, Victoria has worked on optimizing vaccine output with no additional cost to the manufacturer and helped to ramp-up supply for a medtech company with regard to the COVID-19 pandemic. She also helped design an Industry 4.0-enabled "Factory of the Future" blueprint with four pharmacos.

Prior to joining BCG, Victoria worked at Nestlé, where she was a quality manager in coffee and confectionery factories in the UK. She had previously worked for Procter & Gamble and Shell Oil.
