Vikash Agarwalla is a core member of Boston Consulting Group’s Health Care practice. He has worked on strategy and operations topics with several pharmacos, especially those focused on the generics and branded generics space in India. He has also worked with some of the leading consumer health care and fast-moving consumer goods companies.

Vikash’s expertise covers digital transformation—both commercial and operations (future of work, throughput transformation, supply chain), API platform build, breakthrough growth strategy, and business turnaround. Before joining the firm, Vikash worked in leadership roles at the some of the leading digital startups in India and before that, at Booz & Company.
