Wolfgang Dörner is a member of the Leadership Team at Boston Consulting Group in Germany and Austria, and responsible for all HR topics in his role as People Chair of BCG’s consulting team. He is also a member of BCG's Financial Institutions and Social Impact practices, as well as the firm’s People & Organization and Public Sector practices.

Wolfgang is an expert in transformations of financial institutions in Germany and Europe at large, especially in the areas of restructuring, digitization, and postmerger integration. He has led comprehensive transformations for several German banks which included cost reductions, business expansion, and digitization. He also co-led a study on the potential consequences of Brexit that covered such things as location strategy, job transfers, and a comparison of the attractiveness of several international locations as alternatives to London.
