Yamin Groeninger is a core member of Boston Consulting Group's Insurance practice. She works with multinational insurance groups, particularly reinsurance, property and casualty, and health, focusing on driving the business transformation agenda. She is the firm's property and casualty insurance lead for Southeast Asia.
Yamin has over eleven years of experience in business model innovation, digital transformation, organization structure design and workforce planning, and financial planning and analytics. She serves as the Women@BCG lead in Southeast Asia .
Prior to coming to BCG, Yamin worked for McKinsey and EY. In addition, she is a guest lecturer at University of St. Gallen (Switzerland) for the Digital Insurance Faculty.
