Yichao Huang joined Boston Consulting Group in 2015. He is a core member of the People & Organization practice (POP) in Greater China. He is also a core member of BCG’s Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) practice.
Yichao has extensive experience in corporate governance, the role of the center, digital organization transformation, corporate strategy, and talent strategy. He recently led a three-year program on corporate longevity, and a large-scale governance transformation for a leading global ICT company in China. His recent work focuses on stimulating corporate vitality and resilience within organizations including Chinese internet giants and companies in high tech industries, as well as in traditional sectors.
Before joining the firm, Yichao worked at Qualcomm Corporate R&D in San Diego.
