Yiran Wang is a core member of Boston Consulting Group's Transactions & Integrations team for BCG Vantage. She is a specialist in M&A advisory and ESG due diligence. Yiran has significant experience supporting M&A target searches, financial modeling, and strategic value creation for multinational clients. She currently works at the intersection of transaction finance and applied AI, building the AI-enabled tools (including BCG's M&A Sentiment Index), that are reshaping how deals get done.
Since joining BCG in 2021, Yiran has supported M&A target searches for many high-value clients, conducted financial modeling including business plan and valuation models for M&A transactions, performed financial due diligences for buy-side transactions, and assessed pipeline visibility and project profitability for real estate industry debt funding due diligence
Before joining the firm, Yiran was a Transaction Advisory Services Consultant at Ebner Stolz, focusing on financial due diligence and vendor assistance.
