Yolanda Anton-Perez is a core member of Boston Consulting Group’s Industrial Goods practice, and an expert on engineered components and materials. She has worked on and led a variety of engagements in strategy, operations, and people and organization. Her work has covered large-scale transformation, manufacturing and field operations, engineering and innovation, people strategy, operating model, digital growth, market expansion, total shareholder return, due diligence, mergers and acquisitions, cost optimization, network redesign, and commercial excellence.

Yolanda is also active in the firm’s social impact work, and has led public sector and racial equity engagements. She has served as Boston’s Diversity & Inclusion lead, as career development advisor, and as Boston’s recruiting director. Prior to joining the firm, she accumulated over ten years of operational experience, eight of them at Airbus, in roles that included engineering, manufacturing, customer service, and supplier and project management.
