Yoshihiro Nakazawa is a core member of the Insurance; Financial Institutions; Tech and Digital Advantage; and Marketing, Sales & Pricing practices at Boston Consulting Group. His work at BCG mostly takes place at the intersection of digital, innovation, and business transformations across a range of industries, especially insurance and financial services. After graduating from Harvard Business School, Yoshihiro joined the firm in 2014.

His recent client work has covered strategy development and execution of companywide digital transformation focused on customer centricity, data and analytics-driven transformation, Agile@Scale transformation, digital organization, people and culture/change management, end-to-end operational excellence, distribution channel transformation, and ecosystem and strategic alliance.

Prior to joining BCG, Yoshihiro was an associate director in the investment banking division at Daiwa Securities SMBC Co. Ltd., where he engaged in origination and execution of cross-border capital markets transactions.
