Yuichi Koshiba joined Boston Consulting Group in 2001. Yuichi co-leads BCG’s Industrial Goods practice in Japan. He is also a core member of the firm's Technology, Media & Telecommunications practice.

Since joining BCG, Yuichi has worked extensively with clients in the technology, industrial goods, and automotive industries. His recent work includes digital transformation program management, turnaround programs, growth strategy formulation and implementation support, manufacturing, and supply chain optimization.

Prior to joining the firm, Yuichi worked in the semiconductor business department at Mitsubishi Electric Corporation.
