Yuji Ohkita joined Boston Consulting Group in 2021 and leads the firm’s Risk & Compliance practice in Japan. He is also a core member of the Insurance practice.
In the Risk & Compliance domain, Yuji focuses on cross‑industry risk management and advancing responsible AI. He also works with clients in the insurance industry on formulating business strategy, driving new business development, developing and implementing companywide reform plans, building business and operational models, business and organizational transformation, and business transformation using digital technology.
Prior to joining BCG, Yuji worked at Accenture.
