Yukie Kawamura rejoined the Boston Consulting Group in 2023, after having worked at the firm from 1997 to 2014. She is a core member of BCG’s Public Sector and People & Organization practices.
Yukie advises clients in public institutions, including central government agencies and international development organizations as well as companies in many industries on the formulation and implementation of policies and strategies. She has extensive experience in talent development, human resource policies, organizational strategy, business transformation (including digital transformation), and public relations and marketing. She was previously seconded to the Cabinet Public Affairs Office, Cabinet Secretariat, Government of Japan.
Prior to rejoining BCG, Yukie served as Co-CEO of ChangeWAVE Inc., CEO of FACIL’iti Japon, and Founder and CEO of Cogito Education and Management Inc.
