Yuko Otawa joined Boston Consulting Group in 2018. She is a core member of the Consumer, and Marketing, Sales & Pricing practices, as well as of BCG X, the firm's tech build and design unit.
Yuko uncovers customer insights and creates customer experiences using design methodologies. She also leads projects centered on generating ideas and launching new businesses using generative AI, as well as transforming organizations and business models with a customer centric approach.
Prior to joining BCG, Yuko worked at MHD Moët Hennessy Diageo K.K., The P&G Japan Limited, and McCann Erickson Inc.
