Yusuke Yabe joined Boston Consulting Group in 2015. He is a core member of BCG’s Industrial Goods and People & Organization practices.

Yusuke has worked extensively with clients in the manufacturing industry—especially machinery and components manufacturers—supporting corporate strategies, business strategies, governance enhancement, and organizational purpose development. His recent engagements have covered people and organizational strategies, including talent management, engagement enhancement, and HR system reform.

Prior to joining BCG, Yusuke worked at NTT DATA Japan Corporation.
