BCG launched its first alumni awards in 2021 to celebrate our inspiring alumni leaders who are driving measurable and inclusive impact across sectors. Since then, we have honored the accomplishments of 15 outstanding members of our North American alumni community.
This year, the alumni awards recognize alumni who excel in the following three categories:
- The Leadership Award for alumni who demonstrate an exceptional ability to inspire others to achieve extraordinary results and reach their full potential
- The Innovation Award for entrepreneurial alumni who launch bold new ventures and develop scalable solutions to complex challenges
- The Empowerment Award for alumni who drive progress in areas of diversity, inclusion, mental health, and/or well-being so that people from all backgrounds have opportunities to contribute, grow, and thrive
In addition to recognizing the achievements of our alumni community, each of the alumni awards includes a $5,000 monetary prize that BCG donates to a charitable organization of the winner’s choice.
This year’s winners inspire us with their accomplishments and embody BCG’s commitment to shaping a better future. From upskilling unemployed and underemployed individuals to reshaping neurological drug development to leading a global organization known for its best-in-class customer service, we’re delighted to give them the recognition they so richly deserve.” — Aviel Marrache, BCG North America Alumni & Career Services Chair
