Christian Krammer is a member of the global leadership team for the Financial Institutions practice and the leader of that practice in Austria and Central and Eastern Europe. He also founded the global Transformation practice within Financial Institutions and is a member of the global Corporate Finance & Strategy and People & Organization practices.

Since joining BCG in 1998, Christian's project work has concentrated on supporting banks and financial institutions, with a focus on portfolio strategy, transformation and restructuring, business strategies and digitization/AI.

Prior to joining BCG, Christian worked for Procter & Gamble in London and Vienna and as an external assistant professor at the Vienna University of Economics and Business, where he also earned his PhD in business administration.
