Frank Breitling is a member of the global leadership team for the People & Organization practice at Boston Consulting Group. Within that practice, he leads the firm’s work in people analytics and innovation and co-leads the Future of Work Task Force. Frank is passionate about helping his clients prepare for the future of work by creating bionic organizations that integrate the best of human ingenuity and skills, advanced data and analytics, world-class organization design, and digital capabilities to optimize employee opportunities and enterprise value.

Frank has extensive experience in large-scale transformation and organization optimization supporting major global financial services, insurance, and professional services firms, as well as companies in many other industries. In his recent client work, Frank led the target operating model definition for all corporate functions at a leading North American bank and the organization simplification effort for a leading global insurance broker. He also led recent Future of Work efforts for telecom and mining clients, and over 50 related client workshops in many different industries.

Prior to joining BCG, Frank worked for Bayer, BASF, and IBM as an intern.
