Jonathan Scott is a core member of Boston Consulting Group's Health Care, Public Sector, and Principal Investors & Private Equity practices. His clients include hospitals, health systems and other health services companies, state and local governments, and private equity firms and their portfolio companies.
Jonathan works on a broad range of topics, including growth strategy, operational efficiency, digital health, and large-scale transformation. He is one of the firm's leaders on clinical change management and state and local government response to COVID-19. In addition, he has extensive experience leading operational and cost transformations in health systems and due diligences of health care services businesses.
Before joining the firm, Jonathan was a leader in McKinsey & Company's clinical operations and implementation groups for health care providers, focused on improving operational efficiency and reducing clinical variation. He was also an operating executive at a national PE-backed physician services and technology company in the US and was a physician in the UK.
