Aftab Hussain is a core member of Boston Consulting Group's Consumer, Operations, and Global Advantage practices. As a member of the Marketing, Sales & Pricing practice, he also leads BCG's global work in store operations. In addition, he is an expert with BCG TURN, which helps clients deliver rapid, visible performance improvements in the short term while strengthening their organizations and positioning them to win in the future.

Since joining BCG in 2005, Aftab’s client work has focused on the retail and consumer goods sectors. He has deep knowledge and expertise in retail across grocery, convenience store, and food service channels in a variety of functions. His work with BCG's Transformation practice includes deep expertise in funding the journey, delivering medium-term growth, and building strong organizations.

Aftab's approach to working with clients is to collaborate and challenge. He strongly believes that working with all layers of the company creates sustainable, differentiated solutions for long-term competitive advantage.

Prior to joining BCG, he was a finance manager with Unilever HPC in Chicago and an R&D engineer at Lockheed Martin.
