München
Christoph Schweizer is the chairman of Central and Eastern Europe and the Middle East at Boston Consulting Group. He is also a member of the firm's Executive Committee.
Christoph joined BCG in 1997, first in Munich, and then New York from 2008 to 2012. Prior to his current role, he served as the chairman of BCG’s global practices and oversaw the firm’s large-scale change initiatives: transformation, enablement, and postmerger integration. He was previously global leader of the Health Care practice.
Christoph continues to work with a broad range of companies in the health care industry, covering sectors such as medical equipment and devices, in-vitro diagnostics, pharmaceuticals, hospitals, and clinical labs. His client engagements have focused primarily on strategy, innovation, sales, marketing, M&A, and integration.
