Since joining BCG in 2008, Hean-Ho has worked extensively with clients in the transportation infrastructure, aviation, and high-tech industries across Southeast Asia. He has deep experience in topics such as strategy development, retail transformation, leadership, and growth of organization capabilities.
Within the aviation industry, Hean-Ho has supported multiple clients across a broad range of topics, including value-based management, aeronautical pricing strategy, optimization of travel retail performance, strategic procurement, large-capital project management, and digital business model innovation.
Before joining BCG, Hean-Ho spent 16 years in the telecommunication and IT industry in senior management capacities at Cisco Systems and Hewlett-Packard.
